review novel Heartbeat

The actors in this novel are Bill Thigpen, Adrian Towsend, Steven, Tommy and Sam. In this novel talked about romance Bill who is a successful television producer working on the soap opera A Life Worth Living. He is a recently divorced man who does not see his sons very often. Adrian Towers, a career woman working as a writer for the news. She is married to Steven, a man who had an abusive childhood and therefore has no desire of having children. When she announces that she is pregnant, he forces her to have an abortion. She reluctantly agrees with him, but is unable to go forward with the termination. When Steven finds out, he leaves her, and threatens to file for divorce if she decides to keep the baby. Tommy, one of Bill's sons, is almost hit by a car. Adrian tries to save him and pushes him away, only to be hit herself. She is injured and hospitalized, and risks to suffer a miscarriage.

In this novel I very interesting with Bill. Because he very kind, handsome, and he educated person that can manage his son without his wife, however he could be enjoyed with her carrier as producer. And he can lovely women (Adrian) that had problem with her husband. Because her husband leave her when she pregnant.

In this story talked about divorce, here make me confusing. Steven. He want to divorce with his wife because his wife pregnant. He does not want if his wife has children. But in the last story, he takes decision to renew their relationship for their child's sake.

I don’t like Steven. Because he has bad character, and he selfish even when his wife pregnant he want to abortion it. Because from their life when child he had an abusive childhood and therefore has no desire of having children.

In this novel I never experience, but if I related o this novel I want to know women feelings while she pregnant that many very uneasiness, worry, caused between She was life or her child was life.

In my opinion, I would like to change Steven actor. Steven that was caused each relationship becomes destroyed. And in the final of this story Bill does not feel happy with Adrian, caused Steven realized that he want renew his relationship with Adrian again.

In this novel the larger issues is about Bill who success as successful television producer. Because he has child but he does not have a wife, not long he has just divorce with his wife. So that Arian coming for companies him to try new relationship.
